They are usually borne from fear, mistrust, suspicion or paranoia and they are literally everywhere. Today, Andrew takes a closer look at the emotional and psychological walls that we build in our lives and hearts. These are the most insidious of all because not only are they not immediately obvious but they usually serve to alienate us from one another.
